Are you a qualified, experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser?

We are seeking Self – Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers that are looking to establish
themselves with a dynamic and fast-growing team. This opportunity would suit those who have
whole of market industry experience, can join the team and ‘hit the ground running’.

Workable leads provided

You will have the opportunity to work remotely from home or work from the office based in the
heart of Bournemouth.

Key Requirements:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent qualifications

• CAS Achieved

• Minimum 2 year’s whole of market experience

• The ideal candidate will have their own client bank, although this is not essential

• Be able to satisfy the Fit and Proper requirements

Successful candidates will benefit from:

• Working under a Directly Authorised firm

• Pre-qualified mortgage and protection leads, however you will be required to build up your own client bank also

• Competitive Commission splits dependant on business written

• Administration and Compliance Support

• Outstanding CRM software

• Quarterly KPI’s and regular feedback
